The majority of the Bramah range are special order from London. As such extended lead times may apply. Should you require products urgently please contact us prior to placing your order.
Once orders are placed on this website cancellation or variation cannot be accepted if the required products have been ordered from London.
Unless required by legislation all sales are considered final except where at the sole discretion of Bramah Australasia goods are accepted for return, such returns only being considered where :
- The goods are as new, in unopened packaging.
- The goods have not been specially keyed.
- Return postage and packing is prepaid by the customer.
- A restocking fee will be charged.
All orders require full payment with order. In the event that a credit account is granted (solely at the discretion of Bramah Australasia) all invoices must be paid within agreed terms. If such terms are not met credit facilities will be withdrawn and all subsequent orders will require payment with order.
Errors & Omissions excepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse to complete any sale in the event of a pricing or website error. All images on the site are to be regarded as indicative only.
